Thumbnail Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Design compelling YouTube thumbnails for long-form videos and Shorts.
• Create thumbnails that communicate the video's main idea instantly.
• Use strong visual hierarchy, composition, colour, typography, facial expressions, and imagery to attract attention.
• Develop multiple thumbnail concepts when required.
• Study successful YouTube channels and competitors to identify effective visual trends.
• Work with the content team to understand the video's target audience and key message.
• Make revisions based on creative feedback and performance data.
• Maintain consistent Celebrate Men branding across thumbnails and digital content.
• Create promotional graphics for social media when required.
• Keep up to date with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and wider digital-media design trends.
• Use analytics such as CTR and audience performance to improve future thumbnail designs.

Requirements:

• Highly creative and visually driven.
• Experienced in designing YouTube thumbnails.
• Able to create designs that generate curiosity and encourage clicks.
• Strong in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design software.
• Understands typography, composition, contrast and visual hierarchy.
• Has a strong understanding of social-media aesthetics.
• Able to work quickly while maintaining high-quality output.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions.
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines.
• Proactive and capable of bringing new ideas to the team.
• Interested in men's lifestyle, fashion, fitness, entertainment or personal development.
