Freelance Illustrator/Video Designer (Motion & Video Content)

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Freelance graphics Illustrator Designer to support our in-house design team. This role requires someone skilled in static design, motion graphics and creating engaging “how-to” video content. The ideal candidate should be able to translate ideas into visually appealing and easy-to-understand content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual assets for digital use (social media, campaigns, internal materials)
• Create motion graphics and animations for videos, promotions and brand storytelling
• Develop clear and engaging “how-to” or instructional videos
• Support the in-house designer with ongoing design tasks and project execution
• Interpret briefs and deliver creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines
• Edit and refine designs based on feedback
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks within agreed deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Illustrator, Motion Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing static designs, motion graphics and video content
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects
• Basic video editing skills.
• Good understanding of design principles, typography and layout
• Ability to create simple animations and visual storytelling content
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Good communication and ability to work collaboratively with a team

Nice to Have

• Experience creating content for social media or digital campaigns
• Ability to work on short turnaround timelines
• Basic understanding of branding and marketing concepts
