Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service
- Ascertaining customers' needs and recommending and proffering financial advice(policies) that meet these needs
- Managing the sales and presentation processes
- Staying up to date on products, market and trends
- Enhance customer relationship management
- Keep and update records
- Attending meetings and other sessions as required
