Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Location: Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria
Role Summary
The FP&A professional will be responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide actionable insights to senior management.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts for all business units.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and supply chain teams to align financial plans with operational goals.
• Perform variance analysis between actuals and forecasts; identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain models for scenario planning, product launches, and investment decisions.
• Support long-term strategic planning and sensitivity analysis for new product development.
• Provide insights on cost optimization, pricing strategies, and resource allocation.
• Evaluate ROI for R&D projects and capital investments.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Support audits and external reporting requirements.
• Partner with commercial, supply chain, and regulatory teams to understand financial implications of business decisions.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP tools (SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
