Financial Officer & Cofounder

We are looking for a CFO Co-Founder for EasySpend.

Not a corporate caretaker.

Not someone looking for “just a job.”

We are looking for a financially dangerous operator.

Someone who can walk into complexity, build structure from chaos, and create systems that make a fintech company difficult to break.

EasySpend is already live.

We have:

• Mobile applications

• A live web platform

• Crypto infrastructure

• USD services

• Wallet systems

• Payment integrations

• Savings products in development

• A growing technical and operational team

Now we need a finance co-founder who can help us scale properly.

This role is for someone who understands:

• Financial control

• Treasury management

• Reconciliation

• Audit systems

• Startup finance

• Risk management

• Operational accountability

• Strategic growth

At EasySpend, finance is deeply connected to operations.

You will oversee systems that connect:

• Wallet balances

• Admin logs

• Financial reports

• Team KPIs

• Audit trails

• Operational approvals

• Revenue and cost validation

You should be able to:

• Detect inconsistencies quickly

• Build scalable financial systems

• Create operational discipline

• Protect the company from silent leakage

• Translate financial reality into strategic decisions

Compensation
