Role Description This is a full-time Financial Advisor role based in Benin City, structured as a hybrid position with a combination of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. The Financial Advisor will provide tailored financial guidance to individual and corporate clients. Day-to-day tasks include developing comprehensive financial plans, advising on insurance, retirement planning, and investment options, and recommending appropriate financial products and services from Leadway’s portfolio. The role involves conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and reports, monitoring client portfolios, and ensuring ongoing alignment with changing financial needs and market conditions. The Financial Advisor will collaborate with internal teams, maintain accurate records, comply with regulatory standards, and contribute to business growth through client acquisition, retention, and referrals.
