Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective clients and assess their financial needs.
  • Introduce and explain the company's financial products, policies, and services.
  • Provide expert financial advice to clients, guiding them in making sound investment and financial decisions.
  • Assist clients through the financial planning process and ensure they understand their options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Stay updated on financial industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients have a smooth and positive experience.
  • Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND qualification in any relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial advisory, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Customer service-oriented with a friendly approach.
  • Basic knowledge of financial products and services is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.


Training & Development:

  • Successful candidates will receive comprehensive on-the-job training to enhance their understanding of financial products, sales techniques, and client relationship management.
  • Continuous professional development opportunities will be provided to support career growth and performance excellence.


Commission:

  • Single Premium: 10% commission.
  • Quarterly or Monthly Premium: 15% commission.


Locations: Asaba, Delta

Remuneration: NGN 80,000 Monthly
