Role Description This is a full-time Financial Advisor role based in Kaduna with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site client engagements and some work-from-home flexibility. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to assess their financial goals, analyze their current financial situation, and recommend tailored solutions using Heirs Insurance Group products and services. Day-to-day tasks include preparing financial plans, explaining insurance and investment options, conducting regular portfolio and policy reviews, and updating clients on market and product changes. The role involves generating new business through referrals and outreach, maintaining accurate records in line with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a consistent client experience. The Financial Advisor will also participate in trainings and team meetings to stay current on industry trends, products, and regulatory updates.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and build trust.
• Comfort with hybrid work, including effective time management and self-motivation when working remotely.
• Minimum diploma in any field
• Previous experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is beneficial but not strictly required for highly motivated candidates willing to learn.
