Finance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting practices, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to maintain financial discipline and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, assess financial performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key financial metrics and insights.
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making processes.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity, ensuring the company has sufficient funds to meet its obligations and support its growth.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
• Liaise with external auditors, bankers, and other financial partners as required.
