Finance Manager
Job summary
The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial operations of Quorum Africa, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. The role will support both corporate operations and experiential/event projects, ensuring financial integrity and efficiency across all areas of the business.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Oversee accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and forecasts.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for both corporate and experiential/event projects.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability for brand activations, events, and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory remittances, and financial reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with management to provide financial insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance for decision-making.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
- Implement financial systems and tools to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Supervise and mentor finance team members, ensuring professional development and high performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Added advantage: Experience in managing finances for experiential marketing, events, or live activations.
- Must be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
- Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax, regulatory, and financial compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and audit processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- High proficiency in accounting software, Excel, and financial management tools.
Locations: Abuja, Wuse 2 and Lagos, Lekki phase 1
Work Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Onsite)
Remuneration: NGN 500,000
