Field Sales Executive
Job summary
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, increasing product availability, and expanding market coverage within assigned territories. This role involves direct interaction with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers to ensure consistent product supply, visibility, and revenue generation.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct field visits to prospective and existing customers.
- Present and promote company products/services effectively.
- Convert leads into active customers and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Plan daily/weekly field routes to maximize coverage.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the assigned area.
- Report field insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast reports.
- Ensure timely collection of payments where applicable.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE/OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferred).
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics.
