Field Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Visit MDAs, institutions, businesses and other relevant locations to identify potential customers.
• Generate and qualify quality leads for loan/financial products.
• Explain products clearly and guide prospective customers through the application and documentation process.
• Drive customer acquisition through field visits, referrals, calls, presentations and other sales activities.
• Build relationships with key contacts and influencers within assigned territories.
• Follow up with prospects and work closely with Telesales, Operations and other teams to improve conversion.
• Maintain accurate customer information and update CRM records.
• Meet agreed individual and team sales targets.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell relevant products.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends and competitor activities.
• Represent the company professionally within your assigned territory.

Requirements:

• A minimum of an OND in a related field
• A minimum of 1–3 years' experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer acquisition, relationship management, or a related role.
• Experience in banking, fintech, lending, insurance, microfinance, telecoms, or other field-sales environments is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and basic digital skills.
• Good knowledge of Warri, Asaba, and surrounding communities.
• Confidence working independently in the field.
• Willingness to travel within your assigned territory. 
• A strong desire to achieve and earn based on performance.
