Field Sales & Content Activator - Kaduna

About the Role

Our Field Sales & Content Activators are the boots-on-the-ground voice of Riwe in Kaduna. You'll bridge the gap between our product and farming communities through compelling digital storytelling, grassroots marketing, and direct sales, meeting farmers exactly where they are.

What You'll Do

1. Content Creation

Create short videos, reels, and posts that bring Riwe's value to life in Hausa and/or English. Document farm visits, capture testimonials, and manage our social media presence for rural farming audiences.

2. Marketing and Awareness

Drive campaigns online and on the ground at markets, cooperatives, and agri-events across Kaduna. Build relationships with farm groups, extension workers, and agro-dealers.

3. Sales and Conversion

Onboard farmers, nurture leads, close sales, and report weekly on your progress. You own your numbers.

Who You Are

• Based in or deeply familiar with Kaduna State
• Passionate about agriculture, rural development, or climate solutions
• A natural on social media who knows what makes content stop the scroll
• Comfortable on camera and confident creating content on a smartphone
• A strong communicator who can connect with farmers and community leaders
• A self-starter who thrives working independently in the field
• Speaks Hausa or understands farming culture in Northern Nigeria (strong advantage)

What You Get

Pay: N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly (Based on expereience)

Performance stipend plus sales commission

Training, brand resources, and product knowledge sessions

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student or recent graduate
• Demonstrated interest or experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach
• Strong social media flair with an active presence and instinct for engaging content is a must
• Proficiency managing social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Facebook
• Experience or knowledge in agriculture or climate-related fields is an advantage
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Fluent in English; Hausa fluency is a strong asset
