Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire a minimum of three new high-volume clients per week and visit at least 10 Vendors in Ikeja market on daily basis
  • Achieve a 20% increase in revenue from existing clients through upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with at least two complementary service providers to enhance service offerings.
  • Identify new geographic markets within the next two months and report to your supervisor
  • Engage with potential clients face-to-face to present our services, highlight key features and benefits, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services and address client needs effectively.
  • Generate robust revenue of at least One million and above each month.
  • Distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items, in target areas to increase brand awareness and drive customer interest.
  • Develop evaluation and feedback analysis for Gavice Logistics Limited by reflecting customers reactions and identifying  success and areas for improvement.


Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a marketing role, preferably in retail, or logistics.
  • National diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in Sales or logistics is a plus.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem solving skills to address challenges that may arise
  • Ability to multitask.



Working Conditions:

  • The working days: Mondays - Saturdays
  • Work Time: 8:30 PM - 6:00 PM

Remuneration: Commission 

  • Allowance: N50,000
