Field Marketer

• Conduct market research to identify target demographics, consumer trends, and competitor activities.
• Develop and implement field marketing plans and strategies to promote company products/services and generate leads.
• Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and targets.
• Organize and attend promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase company offerings and engage with potential customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, retailers, distributors, and partners.
• Distribute marketing materials, samples, and promotional items to target audiences.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers and prospects to identify areas for improvement and inform marketing strategy.
• Provide regular reports and updates on field marketing activities, including insights, successes, and challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging and branding.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and best practices in field marketing.

Requirements:

• A minimum of OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or related roles. -
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences. 
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing plans and strategies. 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
