Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Market and promote our cooperative savings and loan products to potential members and clients.
- Visit markets, business areas, and communities to onboard new customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly marketing targets.
- Provide daily marketing reports and customer feedback to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE
- Little or no experience is required (training will be provided)
- Good communication skills
- Great interpersonal and persuasion skills
- A male candidate is preferred
- Must reside in Maraba/Ruga or its environs
- Sales and customer support
- Negotiation skills and product knowledge
