Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Guide, develop, and motivate staff, providing training and support to enhance their performance and growth.
- Make informed decisions and handle issues in the absence of the manager, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
- Set and meet performance goals, striving to surpass targets and drive team success.
- Manage inventory and financial operations, including tracking stock levels, handling orders, and ensuring accurate financial records.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication across the team.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance, financial status, and staff development to management.
- Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, collaboration, and high morale among staff.
- Implement and enforce best practices in customer service and operational efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolving issues effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record in a supervisory role.
- Female candidates aged between 25 to 30 years.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to take initiative in the absence of the manager.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong data management and reporting capabilities.
- Solid background in inventory and financial management.
- High level of maturity, professionalism, and integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work extra hours and go beyond standard expectations to achieve operational goals.
