Responsibilities:
- Research and identify suitable premium fashion boutiques and occasionwear retailers across Nigeria.
- Contact boutique owners, buyers and key decision-makers directly.
- Book and attend meetings with prospective boutique customers.
- Confidently present Grande Luxe Collection, our products, brand positioning and commercial offer to potential stockists.
- Conduct professional sales presentations, answer questions and handle initial objections.
- Use telephone, WhatsApp, email, social media and face-to-face engagement to develop new business.
- Build strong relationships with boutique owners and buyers.
- Follow up consistently after meetings and presentations to progress opportunities.
- Negotiate and secure paid boutique orders.
- Develop long-term wholesale and retail partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, meetings, follow-ups, opportunities and sales.
- Provide regular evidence and reporting of sales activity and progress.
- Work towards agreed monthly sales and business development targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' proven sales or business development experience.
- Fashion, clothing, retail or wholesale experience is required.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Confident speaking to business owners, buyers and senior decision-makers.
- Comfortable leading meetings and presenting a brand professionally.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion and relationship-building skills.
- Professional appearance and manner when representing the brand.
- Proactive, outgoing and target-driven.
- Good understanding of the Nigerian fashion and retail market.
- Able to work independently and manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing.
- Must be based in Nigeria.
- Existing relationships with Nigerian fashion boutiques or buyers would be a significant advantage.
