Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in assembling, processing, and packaging products
- Inspect finished goods to ensure quality standards are met
- Load and unload materials within the production area
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Report machine faults, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE / High School certificate
- Previous experience in a factory or production environment is an advantage
- Ability to operate basic machinery (training may be provided)
- Physical strength and stamina for manual work
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
- Reliability and punctuality
