Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and utilities management; electrical and equipment upkeep, generator power backup, fault resolution
- Inventory and production readiness; label preparation and compliance, receiving raw materials, store optimisation
- Documentation and reporting; maintain precise logs of all materials, distributed inventory and daily fuel consumption, keep detailed records of maintenance schedules, equipment breakdowns and repairs
Requirements:
- NCE in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, supply chain management or a related field
- 1-2 years experience in a combined maintenance and storekeeper role, ideally within the food, beverage or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)
- Technical skills: strong hands-on knowledge of electrical wiring, generator maintenance and inventory management software
- Exceptional attention to detail, high organisational skill and strong understanding of food safety/hygiene practices
