Responsibilities:
- Manage daily factory operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Oversee production planning, inventory management, and manufacturing costs.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Lead production, maintenance, quality assurance, and warehouse teams.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, and Logistics to ensure efficient operations.
- Drive productivity improvements, waste reduction, and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a BSc
- 10 years of previous experience in a similar role
