Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ikota, Lagos for a Factory Assistant. The Factory Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations, including preparing materials, operating machinery, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Additional duties may include packaging products, conducting quality checks, and assisting in the coordination of production schedules to meet deadlines efficiently.

Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 4: 00PM (Monday – Friday)

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of operational tasks such as material handling, machinery operation, and production line support.
• Inventory management and organizational skills to ensure seamless supply and storage processes.
• Attention to detail for quality checks and following safety protocols during operations.
• Punctuality, strong work ethic, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience in a factory setting and at least SSCE/WAEC qualification are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Living within the Lekki/Ajah/Sangotedo axis is a plus.
