Facility Manager
Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, functionality, and overall operation of the organization's facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that buildings, equipment, utilities, and support services operate efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of company facilities, buildings, and infrastructure
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure facilities remain in optimal condition
- Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Develop and manage facility budgets, monitor expenses, and control operational costs
- Manage security, cleaning, waste disposal, and other support services
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, inspections, contracts, and facility assets
- Develop emergency response and business continuity plans
- Prepare facility performance reports and recommend operational improvements to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Facility Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in facility management, property management, or building operations
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and facility operations
- Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
