Facilities Officer

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the maintenance, repair, and servicing of company buildings, equipment, and utilities.
• Manage day-to-day administrative and office support operations.
• Oversee building maintenance activities to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained work environment.
• Manage procurement processes, vendor relationships, and contract administration.
• Maintain accurate records for company vehicles, including registrations, licenses, insurance, and other statutory documentation.
• Coordinate depot operations, ensuring proper handling of materials, equipment, and company assets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all facilities.
• Monitor facility-related projects and ensure timely completion within approved budgets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, procurement, contract management, and fleet administration.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and report writing.
• Background in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment (Preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence (Preferred).
