Experienced Waitress

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend menu items, offer suggestions, and provide detailed information about specials.
• Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, floors, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints courteously and effectively.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu items and wine pairings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must participate in training on good work ethics, good customer service and communication skills. Training is 4 - 6 Weeks (Course work and Internship)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a high-end or fine-dining establishment
• Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and order management software.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
