Responsibilities:

Plan and run a weekly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (Shorts and long-form), and Facebook
Write scroll-stopping hooks, captions, and copy that match our brand voice
Edit short-form vertical videos: talking-head clips, b-roll, captions, trending audio, all built to hold attention to the last second
Design graphics: carousels, quote posts, story templates, thumbnails, and simple ad creatives
Repurpose long-form videos and livestreams into clips, posts, and Stories
Schedule and publish content, then track what works
Manage the community: reply to comments and DMs, start conversations, and pass warm leads to the team
Spot trends, sounds, and new formats early, and move fast when something is hot
Report on the numbers that matter (reach, saves, shares, watch time, follower growth, engagement) and use them to make next month better

Requirements:

2+ years actually running social media accounts for brands or businesses, not just your own page
Real short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
Strong graphic design skills (Canva at minimum, Photoshop or Figma a plus)
Sharp copywriting and a feel for hooks and storytelling
Confident with scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Metricool, Later, Buffer or similar)
Comfortable using AI tools to speed up ideas, scripts, and edits
A keen eye for detail and brand consistency
A self-starter who hits deadlines without being chased
Experience in the coaching, course, or online education space
Basic understanding of how organic content feeds a sales funnel
Motion graphics or a stronger thumbnail design
