Job summary
The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. In an FMCG environment, the role requires handling a large, diverse workforce across production, sales, and distribution.

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of staff.
- Develop and implement HR policies in line with company goals and labor regulations.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases accurately.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- 4Coordinate staff training, development, and performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor employee engagement and implement retention strategies.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years HR experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
