Executive Assistant
Job summary
This role requires more than administrative support. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, commercially aware and resourceful professional who can think ahead, manage competing priorities, structure information, coordinate stakeholders and support the MD in driving key business priorities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Manage executive correspondence, emails and priority communications.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, briefing documents, proposals and other business materials.
- Conduct research, analyse information and present findings in a clear, decision-ready format.
- Track decisions, commitments and action points from management meetings and follow through with responsible stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and monitor agreed deliverables.
- Liaise with employees, clients, vendors and other internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
- Support the MD in prioritising competing business activities and maintaining visibility over key deadlines and commitments.
- Anticipate administrative and operational requirements and proactively resolve issues where appropriate.
- Maintain confidential executive and company information with a high level of discretion.
- Support special projects and other strategic priorities assigned by the MD.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences or another relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant professional experience, with demonstrable experience supporting a CEO, Managing Director, Founder, Director or other senior executive.
- Strong business writing, research and presentation skills.
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and follow-through capability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with limited supervision.
- Ability to understand business priorities and convert executive instructions into clear actions and deliverables.
- Strong stakeholder management and professional communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience using AI and modern productivity tools to improve research, documentation, and workflow efficiency is an advantage.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, initiative and attention to detail.
Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 – 350,000 Net Monthly
