Job summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily executive operations.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedules, and appointments
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and business travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of executives
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure completion
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records
  • Support project coordination and track progress on key initiatives
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion
  • Assist in preparing budgets, expense reports, and other administrative documentation
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day execution of executive priorities and business operations


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant supporting senior executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
