Job summary

S-CUBE Nigeria seeks a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant to support our Creative Director. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and an IT Savvy. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of the CD's office and itinerary and contributing with business development initiatives.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Creative Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize travel
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate client meetings and studio bookings, ensuring all necessary preparations are made
  • Maintain and update the client database, ensuring accurate records of interactions and transactions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow the company.
  • Conduct market research to support business development strategies.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports to support business development activities.
  • Oversee office supplies and maintenance, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and other activities.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Creative Director
  • Assist in managing projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and support for ongoing projects.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • IT Savvy, smart hands, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & Outlook).
  • Social media savvy is an additional advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
