Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO in a fast-paced health technology company. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Job Description/Requirements


  • Collaborate with the CEO to research, draft, and edit grant proposals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Manage grant application timelines, documentation, and submission processes.
  • Assist in the development and execution of thought leadership initiatives, including content creation, researching industry trends, and identifying speaking opportunities or panel participation for the CEO.
  • Prepare concise and informative investor updates, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with investors, maintaining strong communication channels and providing necessary documentation.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently, optimizing time allocation and prioritizing tasks as needed.
  • Assist in organizing travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Oversee the CEO's social media presence, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience to amplify the company's brand and messaging.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as correspondence, expense tracking, and other ad hoc duties to ensure smooth operations and support the CEO's productivity.


  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Proven experience of 3 years as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-suite executives, preferably in the health technology or related industry.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with demonstrable experience in grant writing, content creation, and business communication.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities, adept at simultaneously handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, with a knack for crafting engaging content and managing online presence.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and discretion in handling confidential information.

Work Type: Full-time, Hybrid 

Location: Ikeja 

Remuneration: NGN 350,000 monthly
