Job summary
Laterra is seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to the Manager. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Manager
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communication
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and action points
- Handle confidential documents and correspondence
- Serve as a liaison between the Manager and internal/external stakeholders
- Track projects and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital productivity tools
