Exceptionally skilled AI 3D Animation Director & Video Editor

Responsibilities:

• Translate scripts and storyboards into engaging animated scenes.
• Generate premium stylized 3D characters, environments and action sequences using AI.
• Maintain exact character, wardrobe, prop and location consistency across scenes.
• Create expressive acting, believable movement and accurate lip-sync.
• Direct camera angles, composition, lighting, pacing and emotional performances.
• Remove or repair common AI defects, including distorted faces, extra fingers or limbs, flickering, changing costumes and inconsistent backgrounds.
• Combine AI animation with Blender, compositing, traditional editing and visual-effects techniques where necessary.
• Integrate dialogue, sound effects, music and songs.
• Color-grade, mix and edit scenes into polished movies.
• Organize project files, prompts, reference images, versions and final exports.
• Collaborate closely with the producer and provide regular progress samples.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with AI image-to-video and text-to-video platforms such as Kling, Runway, LTX Studio, Higgsfield, Veo, or comparable professional tools.
• Strong proficiency in Blender or another professional 3D animation program.
• Professional editing ability in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Compositing and visual-effects experience using After Effects, Fusion, Nuke, or similar software.
• Ability to repair AI-generated footage through masking, rotoscoping, tracking, inpainting, frame interpolation, cleanup and selective regeneration.
• Strong understanding of cinematic storytelling, shot composition, camera movement, lighting and continuity.
• Experience with character rigging, facial animation, body animation and lip-sync
• Excellent sense of timing, humor, emotion and age-appropriate children’s entertainment.
• Ability to create consistent characters respectfully and beautifully.
• Understanding of audio synchronization, dialogue editing, music placement and sound design.
• Ability to deliver clean HD or 4K masters without visible AI artifacts.
