Event Organizer BDM
Job summary
As an event organiser BDM, you'll manage the full sales journey from the moment an event organiser enquires, all the way through to securing a confirmed booking and deposit. You'll qualify inbound leads, book venue tours,& then follow up after the tour to close the deal. You won't be doing cold outreach. Leads come to you through our ad campaigns

Responsibilities:
- Calling and qualifying inbound event organiser enquiries
- Following up via WhatsApp and phone to nurture leads
- Booking venue tours on behalf of our clients
- Calling event organisers after their venue tour to sell the venue and handle objections
- Closing deals getting verbal commitments and securing deposits to confirm bookings
- Tracking all activity and outcomes in our CRM and Google Sheets
- Hitting weekly and monthly booking targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in a closing or account management role
- Proven ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone
- Confident, persuasive communicator both on calls and in writing
- Highly organised with strong follow-up discipline
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time
- Experience with CRMs or sales tracking tools is a plus
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Monthly
