Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Oshogbo for an Event Hostess. As an Event Hostess, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, ensuring an enjoyable experience, managing reservations, and addressing inquiries. Your day-to-day tasks will include greeting and engaging with attendees, providing excellent customer service, answering questions, maintaining professionalism, and ensuring the smooth execution of events.

Qualifications

• Proven abilities in Interpersonal Skills and Communication to effectively engage with guests and team members
• Experience in managing Reservations with strong proficiency in Phone Etiquette
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Adaptability, professionalism, and attention to detail in managing event-related tasks
• Prior experience in event hosting or roles involving customer interaction is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• A positive attitude, punctuality, and reliability
