We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Event Coordinator to join our team at Prestige Events Centre located on the Island. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless planning and execution of various events, ranging from conferences and seminars to parties and corporate gatherings

- Experience Length: 3 years
- Client Requests Management: Process and promptly handle all client requests with a high level of professionalism.
- Event Planning and Execution: Thoroughly plan booked events from inception to completion, including running the event and conducting post-event evaluation reports.
- Booking Management: Take bookings and effectively manage client requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Communication Management: Send and respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Social Media Management: Handle and monitor the social media platforms for the event center's brand, promoting traffic and engagement.
- Event Day Coordination: Coordinate staff and clients on event day to ensure the success of each event.
- Operations Oversight: Monitor day-to-day operations at the event Centre, including cleaning, maintenance, and facility upkeep.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction during and before events, maintaining a positive client experience.
- Brand Promotion: Promote the event Centre through proper brand representation in all interactions.
- HND/Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Conversant with the APPOEMN (Association of Professional Party Organizers & Event Managers in Nigeria).
