Responsibilities:
Estate Operations & Performance:
- Oversee daily estate operations to ensure smooth functionality.
- Implement systems to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Monitor occupancy levels and support leasing efforts where needed.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and well-managed environment.
Maintenance & Asset Preservation:
- Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans
- Ensure all facilities (power, water, security, waste, infrastructure) function optimally
- Conduct regular inspections and address issues proactively
- Extend asset lifespan through proper maintenance practices
Tenant Experience & Retention:
- Build strong relationships with residents/tenants
- Respond promptly to complaints, requests, and service needs
- Improve tenant satisfaction through consistent service delivery
- Implement initiatives that enhance the community living experience
Vendor & Service Provider Management:
- Source, manage, and evaluate contractors and service providers
- Ensure service delivery meets agreed standards and timelines
- Control costs while maintaining the quality of service
- Enforce accountability and performance standards
Issue Resolution & Crisis Management:
- Quickly resolve operational issues and emergencies
- Manage conflicts between tenants, staff, or service providers
- Implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions
- Maintain clear communication during incidents
Financial & Cost Management:
- Manage estate budgets, expenses, and cost controls
- Track service charges, maintenance costs, and operational spending
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency
- Ensure financial transparency and accountability
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field.
