Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Enumerator for a temporary role based in Bama, The Enumerator will be responsible for collecting, verifying, and reporting data by engaging with community members through surveys, interviews, and other data-gathering methods. This role includes ensuring data accuracy, maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating with team members for project implementation. The Enumerator will also assist in data entry and collaborate with supervisors for reporting and analysis purposes.

Qualifications

• Data collection, surveying, and interviewing experience
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in data recording
• Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup combining fieldwork in Bama and some remote activities
• Flexibility and adaptability to community needs and project schedules
• Relevant experience in community engagement or non-profit work is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in statistics, social sciences, or related fields will be an advantage
