Role purpose
The Enterprise Sales Support & Governance Coordinator provides commercial administration, documentation quality control, meeting coordination, tracker management and follow-through support across the national enterprise line.
Key responsibilities
• Manage trackers for recruitment, onboarding, role deployment, training completion and performance review logistics.
• Coordinate governance meetings, action logs, documentation packs and standard templates.
• Support clean file management for pricing approvals, onboarding packs, issue logs and leadership reviews.
• Ensure decisions, escalations and operating actions are documented and followed through.
Key deliverables
• Better meeting discipline and document control.
• Cleaner operational records and audit-readiness.
• Reduced administrative slippage across the line.
Requirements
Requirement
• 3–6+ years in commercial coordination, programme support, executive administration or sales operations.
• High organisation, follow-through and document-management standards.
