Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire and retain enterprise-level clients within the African fintech and trade sectors.
- Lead high-level negotiations and structured product presentations to C-suite stakeholders and treasury departments of multinational organizations.
- Identify and map key industry verticals, utilizing data-driven insights to penetrate new markets and expand the Rojifi customer base.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation and complex consultative selling to contract finalization and post-sales handoff.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to translate client feedback into actionable feature requests that enhance our FX and payment infrastructure.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust our value proposition, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge in the regional payment ecosystem.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of professional experience in enterprise sales, specifically within the fintech, SaaS, or international banking sectors is mandatory.
- Proven track record of managing long sales cycles and closing high-value commercial contracts with corporate or enterprise entities.
- Expert-level knowledge of cross-border payment systems, foreign exchange (FX) market dynamics, and regional trade regulations in Africa.
- Strong consultative selling capabilities with an ability to tailor complex technical solutions to address the specific pain points of enterprise treasury operations.
- Demonstrated capacity for high-level networking, with existing professional relationships among finance executives across Nigeria and the broader African market.
- Ability to thrive in an onsite environment, demonstrating strong leadership and independence while participating in occasional business travel as required.
Remuneration: NGN 1.5 million- 2 million
