Role purpose
The Enterprise MIS & Performance Analyst provides the data, reporting and analytical backbone for the enterprise line. The role supports weekly and monthly dashboards, pipeline integrity checks, productivity tracking, target-versus-actual reviews and management packs for leadership, Finance and Operations.
Key responsibilities
• Produce national and zonal dashboards covering parent accounts, outlet rollout, TPV, float, activation and pipeline conversion.
• Maintain clean management information and reconcile reporting definitions across Business, Finance and Operations.
• Track suit-level productivity and escalate anomalies, concentration signals or poor data hygiene.
• Support forecast reviews, board-ready packs and monthly performance governance.

• Faster identification of productivity issues, concentration and control breaches.
Requirements
Requirement
• 4–7+ years in MIS, performance analytics, business finance support, sales operations or commercial analytics.
• Strong Excel / BI capability and disciplined data-quality mindset.
• Ability to simplify complex performance information for management decision-making.
