Are you an
Enterprise Account Executive who sees complex problems as opportunities for growth in the largest African corporations? Our client, a leading Fintech provider seeks an ambitious professional for its Revenue Division to unlock new value for their most important clients.
Your mission will be to acquire and expand their relationships with enterprise and upper-mid-market clients across Sub-Saharan Africa by selling their advanced Treasury Management Solution (TMS), achieving revenue targets, while demonstrating excellence in solution-setting, relationship building, and cultural alignment with the company's values.
Who are we looking for?

  • You are an accomplished sales professional with experience in enterprise B2B sales, specifically in banking, FinTech, SaaS, or treasury-related solutions.
  • You are skilled at mapping complex client problems to our multi-module TMS offering.
  • You have a clear understanding of corporate treasury functions, liquidity, FX, and trade finance.
  • You are a C-level negotiator and storyteller who can open doors and build trust with CFOs and Treasurers.
  • You have a mastery in Pipeline Management and Forecasting to consistently maintain multiple pipeline coverage.
  • You always prioritise client value and long-term partnership over a quick sale.
  • You embrace Empowerment and Ownership of your outcomes while exhibiting Excellence in Action in every aspect of your sales cycle.

Your Responsibilities...
Strategic Client Acquisition & Revenue Ownership

  • You will lead the team in acquiring new enterprise and upper-mid-market clients, with the primary goal of generating a set target in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • You will close new accounts annually with a focus on achieving an Average Contract Value (ACV) per client.

Solution Penetration & Expansion

  • You will ensure that new clients utilize modules of our Treasury Management Solution.
  • You will actively manage your portfolio to ensure first-year churn remains within a certain target and focus on upselling expansion revenue annually.
  • You will leverage your understanding of treasury functions in African corporations to position our solution as indispensable to their financial operations.

Operational Excellence & Collaboration

  • You will maintain disciplined Pipeline Management to ensure pipeline coverage and submit accurate weekly reports.
  • You will champion cross-functional collaboration, and make sure clients are onboarded efficiently.
  • You will demonstrate agility & innovation by adapting quickly to the changing FX and regulatory environment and providing structured product feedback quarterly to inform our development roadmap.

Key Outcomes (What A-Player Success Looks Like)

  • Revenue Growth: You will generate $3million in ARR, and achieve at least 100% quota.
  • Client Acquisition: You will close at least 12 new enterprise/upper-midmarket accounts annually.
  • Solution Penetration: You will sell 2+ modules per client and achieve ACV or at least $250k.
  • Pipeline Discipline: You will maintain multiple pipeline coverage, and give a weekly reports with not more that a 5% error.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: You will onboard clients within 60 days, and provide quarterly product feedback.
  • Client Retention & Expansion: Your first-year churn not be below 5%, and you will upsell at least $500k annually.

To be considered for this role you should have...

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in enterprise B2B sales, ideally within banking, FinTech, SaaS, or treasury management.
  • A proven track record of closing high-value deals consistently.
  • Experience engaging and negotiating with CFO and Treasury-level executives.
  • A clear understanding of corporate treasury functions and the financial landscape of African corporations.
  • Expertise in selling complex, multi-module platforms.
