Job Summary
We are looking to recruit an experienced engineer that will be responsible for establishing and meeting projects schedules, managing project cost; directing and coordinating the entire engineering team successfully whereby keeping management informed at all times on all issues relating to areas of responsibility.
- Minimum Qualification: Degree

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Managing Engineering Projects: preparation, execution, and adherence to client design.
- Managing Engineering team effectively, responsible for team’s career development.
- Engage in design, presentation, and cost estimation of all projects.
- Sound understanding of the Company’s water and wastewater solutions.
- Assist sales team in technical presentations.
- Perform preliminary engineering design and analysis and / or review the design and drafting work of junior engineers.
- Monitor progress of design and construction delivery, identify areas for improvement, and take action to resolve outstanding issue.
- Works with external contractors to meet client needs, project schedules, goals, and deadline.
- Prepare weekly reports on unit activities and situations.
- Perform all other tasks related to the role.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of bachelor's degree
- 5 years of working experience
