Job summary
Technical Market Sales Specialist with 8+ years’ Oil & Gas experience in Nigeria, focused on complex equipment sales (pumps, valves, instrumentation). Proven deal closer (≥₦250M), strong IOC/NOC networks, NIPEX expertise, and deep upstream–downstream knowledge. Skilled in CRM, compliance, and local content regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with at least 3x revenue coverage to support consistent business growth.
- Target and engage key clients, including NOCs, indigenous operators, and Tier-1 EPC contractors within the oil and gas corridor.
- Act as the primary commercial contact for clients, identifying operational challenges and presenting tailored technical and commercial solutions.
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with key decision-makers such as procurement, engineering, maintenance, and project management leaders.
- Lead contract negotiations and bid/tender processes, ensuring compliant, profitable, and risk-balanced agreements aligned with company objectives.
- Drive OEM product sales lifecycle (pumps, valves, fire protection, instrumentation), from prospecting and demos to commissioning and after-sales support.
- Collaborate with internal teams and OEM partners to ensure seamless execution, including technical coordination, FAT visits, and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client spending cycles while providing accurate forecasts, CRM updates, and actionable market intelligence reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC.
- 8 years of previous experience in a similar role.
