Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Elevator Mechanic role located in Benin City. The Elevator Mechanic will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of elevators, escalators, and other related systems. Daily responsibilities include inspecting systems for proper functioning, diagnosing malfunctions, and performing necessary repairs or replacements. Candidates will work with electrical systems and mechanical components to ensure safety and operational excellence at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Elevator Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair of elevator systems
• Skilled in Troubleshooting technical issues related to elevators and associated systems
• Proficient knowledge of Elevators and their operational components
• Hands-on experience with Electrical systems and wiring related to elevator functions
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adhere to safety standards and regulations
• Vocational training or a technical certification in elevator technology, electrical work, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience working with elevators or related systems is highly advantageous
