Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Project Execution: Leading the execution of electrical engineering projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities on-site.
- Installation and Commissioning: Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, equipment, and components to ensure functionality and compliance with specifications.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identifying and troubleshooting electrical issues, conducting regular maintenance activities, and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Quality Control: Ensuring that electrical installations and workmanship meet high-quality standards and adhere to relevant regulations and codes.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to and enforcing safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel involved in electrical projects.
- Client Interaction: Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Documentation: Generating and maintaining accurate documentation, including drawings, schematics, reports, and project records, to support project execution and compliance.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, civil engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other project components.
- Training and Support: Providing training and technical support to field personnel and subcontractors involved in electrical installations and operations
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and optimization in electrical engineering practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
