Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Engineer role based in Ilorin. The Electrical Engineer will design, develop, and optimize electrical systems for tractors and related agricultural equipment, including power distribution and control circuits. Daily tasks include creating and reviewing electrical schematics, performing calculations and simulations, supporting prototyping and testing, and collaborating with mechanical and manufacturing teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant designs. The role also involves diagnosing and resolving electrical issues in existing products, preparing technical documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of product reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Engineering and Electricity, with a solid understanding of core electrical principles.
• Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design, including schematics, component selection, and integration of control systems.
• Candidates should possess skills in Power Systems and Power Distribution, particularly for industrial or automotive equipment.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Experience with CAD tools for electrical design and familiarity with applicable safety and industry standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in testing and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work on-site in a cross-functional team environment and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in automotive, agricultural machinery, or industrial equipment is an advantage.
