Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise security guards and officers, manage shift schedules and provide training.
- Monitor factory, warehouse and residential security.
- Oversee patrols, surveillance and emergency response.
- Enforce company policies, safety procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Document incidents, conduct preliminary investigations and submit regular management reports.
- Oversee staff, visitor, and vehicle entry, manage logs and secure restricted areas.
- Identify security vulnerabilities, coordinate with law enforcement and maintain security equipment.
Requirements:
- HND in Peace and Conflict Studies, Security Management or any related discipline.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in corporate or industrial security management.
- Excellent communication, investigative and report-writing skills.
- Strong knowledge of access control, emergency response and SOP enforcement.
Remuneration: NGN 170,000 gross monthly
