Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for the position of a District Sales Manager (DSM) in the insurance sector. The responsibilities include managing and developing a sales team, achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and supporting the underwriting and policy issuance processes. The DSM will identify market opportunities, enable business growth, and provide exceptional service to clients while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge in Insurance, including underwriting and policy management, as well as experience in Insurance Brokerage
• Strong skills in Finance and a solid understanding of financial principles relevant to the insurance industry
• Exceptional Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, teams, and stakeholders
• Proven Customer Service skills to meet and exceed client expectations and foster long-term relationships
• Ability to lead a sales team, meet targets, and create strategies for business growth
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related
