The Driver will be responsible for moving clients or items in the official pool car; carry out regular cleaning and schedule maintenance services for the vehicle, planning each route based on road and traffic conditions and may have to work over the weekends to accomplish their duties.

Responsibilities:
- Keep a daily checklist of the pool car (mileage records, up-to-date repair records)
- Report any accidents or injuries to the management immediately
- Give timely prompts on renewal of vehicle documents (license, permit, and roadworthiness)
Vehicle Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle in and out
- Ensure that the vehicle is always fuelled and ready for use
- Give a timely prompt on repairs/ servicing to be carried out on the official pool car
- Manage the monthly fuel consumption of the pool car
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspection of the vehicle
Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
- Follow traffic laws and regulations
- Give a timely prompt on the refill/replacement of safety items in the pool car.
Customer Focus:
- Plan the most efficient routes to destinations with the use of a GPS navigation system and other apps.
- Ensure the safe and timely transportation of clients or goods.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to navigate roads using Google Maps
